If someone told me that Sacrifice was playing WoW I would say... "Fucking Liar... I know them."
But I guess it's real. I hope you all are well.

After Aion's crash and burn I played Star Trek Online and it was awful.
I'm waiting for Final Fantasy 14 and I have played 11 for the past few months to get aquainted with the system.
It has an pathetic UI and I have to use a game pad to play it but I'm told 14 will be different.
I thought you guys might be waiting for it too but none the less I wanted to say Hi and I miss you all.

Yeah, It turns out that WoW wasn't the steaming pile of shit that everyone and his brother claimed for the last three years.

I'm guessing once easy mode is turned off and the expansion is released, people will stop resubscribing. I usually quit a game about 6 months before the guild, and I never picked WoW back up, so i guess that gives it about six months.

Fair enough, but starcraft doesn't have a monthly subscription.

I just think it was funny how 6 months ago, wow was the whole reason why MMO's now sucked because this and that and this, and now ya'll are back and playing it. I thought WoW was a very good game, and I don't believe I ever said that it was a bad game, but it just turned into a second job to keep up with raid content and I will not be surprised to see that happen again after expansion.

We all play games to have fun, if you guys are enjoying WoW, excellent, that's the point.

I'm just jealous cause I still have to wait for my copy of SCII to ship from dell and don't have anything else to play.

Six months ago WoW didn't have cataclysm (and even some wotlk as we're seeing) changes on the horizon that made it a completely different game from the 40-hour grind fest it used to be.

For all of WoW's faults, I much prefer "beating" a game with 25 close friends to having to rally 500 random dipshits to take a fortress with two months of coordination and coercing.

They toned things down a lot from the last time we played. We are on our second week of raiding and one boss away from Arthas already. Even pugs can knock out 10/25 man content these days. We've been going hardcore because all of us are gung ho right now but we are going to run out of raid content well before it can become a second job.
